- Post an event and staff will apply within minutes. From there join PartiStaff with the season pass of E249 and you’re ready to accept the staff you want for your event. They will meet at the location provided by you and then it’s time to party!

- We offer a season pass for E249, valid from May - October each year. This allows you to book as many staff for your events as you wish! It’s time to dial up the good times.
- Yes! We’re glad you asked. Our concierge team have been on the island for 17 years. They can get you into restaurants that are full, clubs that are sold out, boats, villas or anything else you need when on holiday!
- When posting your job you can select CARD or CASH. Card payments are seamless and easiest. CASH payments mean we will take a hold on the card until you have paid the staff in cash, then the hold will be released after the job.
- As with any service, there are cancellation fees on PartiStaff. You may cancel outside of 48 hours of the start of the job without penalty. Within 48 hours and outside 12 hours, cancellation fee is 50% of the job posted.
- Cancellations that occur within 12 hours of the start time, incur a 100% cancellation fee.

- Every job is different, so it varies from customer to customer. Jobs can range from E200 - E1500.
- You are not permitted to swap contact information with customers of PartiStaff, whether Instagram or Whatsapp.
- You are not permitted to take friends on jobs, unless they are booked in on the platform.
- Finally, you are not permitted to work for customer of PartiStaff again, unless it’s listed and booked via the platform.

- Jobs are listed as CASH or CARD. Card payment job means you’ll be paid automatically after the job and reviews have been completed. To apply for CARD jobs you’ll need to fill in the ‘account info’ area of your profile with Stripe. Stripe processes all payment for PartiStaff, so you’ll need to verify with them and ensure you select INDIVIDUAL when verifying with them.
- Cash jobs are paid in cash to you on the job. It is prudent to request payment at the start of the job to avoid customers forgetting later during the shift.

- PartiStaff charges a 20% commission on all jobs. For jobs payable by CARD, the 20% will be deducted prior to payment occurring to your account, minus a E6 stripe processing fee.

- Your safety is our priority. We create and monitor you and other booked staff throughout the job, to ensure a friendly environment and your safety. It is important to always be booked through the platform so we can see and ensure your safety. Should you ever feel uncomfortable you may call us immediately and be prepared to leave.

- With PartiStaff, you don’t need to go back and forth with an agent until you find a boat that’s free. Just choose the boat you want, bring up the calendar (in the booking enquiry form) to see if it’s free.
